TERM & CONDITIONS

RESERVATION
Reservation can be made by  filling our booking form and send back to us by fax or email for official reservation.  Please download the booking form here (bookingform.pdf)
GROUP’S RESERVATION
- A group of at least 10 persons, taking the same services, is considering group booking and will follow the group terms and conditions 
- We offer one free in sharing twin room for every 20 paying clients.  
DEPOSIT & FINAL PAYMENT
- Deposit of  30% of the total tour cost  to guarantee your tour booking
- The final payment should reach All Asia Travel no later than 30 working days prior to guest’s arrival for Individual Booking and 45 days prior to guest’s arrival for Group Booking.  This payment should be settling by telegraphic transfer. Please note that 25usd bank charge to be added for each payment by bank transfer. Please contact All Asia Travel for details of bank account.
-  For credit card deposit, Please note that 3% & 4% bank charge will be added to payment in credit cards (3% for Visa and Master card, 4% for American Express)
 - During peak season from Oct to March, pre-payment is required to pay in full by some hotels, we will notice case by case.
-  For transportation (car rental, train ticket, air ticket), and hotel booking, full payment must be made 2 month to 14 days prior travel date according to hotel payment policy
REFUND
No refund or reduction of price will be made to any member of GROUP OR INDIVIDUAL BOOKING who breaks the journey from the itinerary or any part of the itinerary.  
- Refunds are not given for unused services except those which can be recovered from airlines for unused flights with properly reason.  These may be claimed only through All Asia Travel Office in Ho Chi Minh City
TRAVEL DOCUMENT
- A passport valid at least six months after the return date of the tour is requires. 
- All Asia Travel will help tourists to process visa in specific countries.  Additional cost may involve depend on specific case.  In most of the case, visa is need to enter Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar
- Final confirmation and itinerary must be sent to travel agency and tourists at least 2 weeks prior to travel date.

 
HEALTH & INSURANCE
- Travellers are strongly advised to take out medical and health insurance for the duration of their trip to Vietnam and Indochina.   All Asia Travel is agent for global travel insurance company and can help to buy travel insurance for you upon your request.
- Please consult your doctor for necessary vaccine before the trip.
 
LIABILITY AND NOTICE
- All Asia Travel acts as an intermediary between the concerned airlines, hotels, transport operators and local tourist offices providing the services We, therefore, are not responsible for any losses, damages, additional expenses due to airlines delay, natural disaster, accident, war, civil strike, political actions and similar events beyond All Asia Travel’s control.  
- Our tour price is subject to change until paid in full. Please re-confirm the tour price with us when you book the tour. 
- Surcharge for the peak season and compulsory GALA dinner to be applied by hotels.  Each hotel has its own peak season policy.  We will inform this surcharge when confirm the booking.
- If your flight or cruise is delayed by the natural disaster, typhoon or any natural reason, that make your schedule have to change, the expenses for the changes will be on your own account and All Asia Travel will help to re-arrange everything at the lowest possible cost
COMPLAINTS
If you have a problem during the the holiday, you must report it immediately to the Company’s head office or representative who will try to solve the problem and prevent your holiday being spoilt.  If you did not make a complaint when you are in Vietnam or our ground handling countries, All Asia Travel will not consider itself liable, as the Company was not given the opportunity to “solve the problem” on site in Vietnam and our ground handling countries.
RE-PROTECTION
- In case of flight cancel because of bad weather or hotel change etc…(out of our control) or anything that you could not take your original itinerary, we can have re-protection solution for you to take another flight, another mean of transportation, change another hotel or change the itinerary according to both side agreements on spot.  You may have to pay extra for the new itinerary.  We will not responsible for any complaints afterward.
LAST MINUTE CHANGE
- Any changes of tour arrangement 7 days prior to your departure date is consider as last minute changes and will be charge administration fee $15/person and other penalty that changes may applied to.
CHILD POLICY
- Child from 02 – 11 years old share bed with parent is charged 60% of the adult fare
- Child from 02 – 11 years old share room with parent with extra bed is charged 75 - 80% of the adult’s fare depend on the itinerary
- Child from 02 – 11 years old take sharing twin room will be charged like adults
- Infant under 02 years old is charge 15% of the adult’s fare
CANCELLATION
- If you cancel your tour, land and air cancellation fees apply.  The fee is determined by the date that we received written notification of your cancellation. Please note that air ticket may impose non-refundable.  Land and tour charges are as follows:
Day before departure:
- More than 60 days :only administration fee of 50usd/person & air cancellation to be applied
- Between 59 – 30 days:                                             30% of total tour cost
- Between 29 – 15 days:                                             50% of total tour cost
- 15 days less:                                                            100% tour cost
