Meet on arrival at Hanoi-NoiBai International Airport, transfer to hotel for check in. Time at leisure. Dinner at the historical Indochine Restaurant in old town for an introduction to Vietnamese food. The staff are attired in traditional costume and musicians perform classical Vietnamese songs.
Morning attend Cooking Class. Afternoon city tour of Hanoi including: Temple of Literature, Fine Arts Museum, Ngoc Son Temple, Restored Sword Lake and one hour cyclo in the bustling Old Quarter with its 36 ancient streets. Evening enjoy the famous water puppet show followed by dinner at “Cha Ca La Vong” serving seasoned fish.
| Day 2: HANOI – COOKING CLASS – CITY TOUR OF HANOI (B,L,D)
Pick up from your hotel, drive 160 km to Halong Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Discover Halong Bay, listed as a World Heritage Area of outstanding natural beauty. A fresh seafood lunch is served on board. Dinner and overnight on boat
| Day 3:HANOI – HALONG BAY (B,L,D) (join group tour)
A morning cruise to visit Man’s head Island, Tortoise island, Trinh Nu – Virgin Island, Bai Tu Long Island, BaiTho-Poem Moutain. Return to halong city while having lunch on board. Transfer direct to Hanoi-Noibai International Airport for the late afternoon flight to Hue. On arrival in Hue transfer to hotel.
| Day 4: HALONG – HANOI – HUE (B,L,D)
Today you will have a full day to discover Hue, the Royal Capital of Old Vietnam ( 1804 – 1945) under 13 Nguyen Emperors, clssified by UNESCO as Cultural World Heritage. Visit Royal Citadel with Forbiden Purple City, Royal Tombs of Tu Duc and Khai Dinh Tomb, boat trip along the poetic Perfume River to visit Thien Mu Pagoda and fishing Village. Visit Dong Ba Central Market before return back to hotel. Royal Banquet and overnight in Hue.
| Day 5: FULL DAY TOUR OF HUE (B,L,D)
Leave Hue for Danang via HaiVan Pass “ White cloudy Pass”. Photo stop at Lang Co Beach and the fishing Village. Upon arrival Danang, visit Champa Sculture Museum, Marble Moutains, China Beach, then proceed for Hoi An and transfer to hotel for check-in. Dinner is at Restaurant with a variety of local specialties
| Day 6:HUE – DANANG – HOIAN (B,L,D)
Morning attend Cooking Class at Red Bridge Cooking School, pick up at hotel and starting by shopping for ingredients at the Hoi An colorful Market before returning to Red Bridge Cooking School to learn how it’s done. Afternoon walking tour of HoiAn to visit Temples, Old Houses, Japanese Bridge.
| Day 7: HOIAN – COOKING CLASS (B,L,D)
Transfer to Danang International Airport for flight to HCMC, transfer to hotel on arrival. You will have “ PHO” for lunch. A half day city tour of HCMC inclusive: Former Presidential Palace, War Remnant Museum, China Town and downtown Saigon. Dinner is at one of HCMC’s best-known restaurants e.g: Mandarin.
| Day 8:HOIAN – DANANG – HOCHIMINH CITY (B,L,D)
Morning you will have cooking class at Saigon Cookery Center. The chef and our guide will drive you to the Central Market. You would learn how to choose good and fresh ingredients then move to Cookery Center, located in a charming and authentic Vietnamese Garden. Each person is provided with their own kitchen corner including utensils, cooking ingredients and workspace. Afternoon visit CuChi Tunnels (70 km northwest of HCMC), an amazing complex of underground tunnels used by the Vietnamese Communist Guerillars during the Vietnam War.

Leisure time until transfer to Tan Son Nhat International Airport for departure.
