RESERVATION |
| |
Reservation can be made by email or by fax to All Asia Travel. The reservation must specify:
- Full name
- Arrival and departure flight details.
- Tour description (our package name or your customized itinerary)
- Hotel category |

GROUP’S RESERVATION |
| |
- A group of at least 10 persons, taking the same services, is considering group booking.
- We offer one free in sharing twin room for every 15 paying clients. |

|
DEPOSIT & FINAL PAYMENT |
| |
- Deposit of 30% of the total tour cost to guarantee your tour booking
- The final payment should reach All Asia Travel no later than 20 working days prior to guest?s arrival for Individual Booking and 30 days prior to guest?s arrival for Group Booking. This payment should be settling by telegraphic transfer. Please contact All Asia Travel for details.
- For individual or internet clients, we accept the final payment in cash or credit cards on arrival. Please note that 3% bank charge will be added to payment in credit cards. |

CHANGES AND CANCELLATION |
| |
- If you cancel your tour, land and air cancellation fees apply. The fee is determined by the date that we received written notification of your cancellation. Land and tour charges are as follows:
Day before departure:
- More than 30 days : Lost of Deposit
- Between 30 ? 15 days: 40% of total tour cost
- Between 15 ? 07 days: 50% of total tour cost
- 07 days less: 100% tour cost. |

CHILD FARE POLICY |
| |
- Child under 2 years old sharing bed with parent is charged 10% of adult's fare
- Child from 2 - under 12 years old sharing the bed with parent is charged 60% (tour with domestic flight) and 50% (tour without domestic flight) of adult's fare
- Child from 2 - under 12 years old sharing the room with parent with extra bed will be charge 75% of adult's fare.
- Child from 12 years old up is quoted as adult.. |

UNUSED SERVICES |

| - No refunds can be given for unused or partially used services during the tour program. |
| |
|
TRAVEL DOCUMENT |
| |
- A passport valid at least six months after the return date of the tour is requires.
- All Asia Travel will help tourists to process visa in specific countries. Additional cost may involve depend on specific case.
- Final confirmation and itinerary must be sent to travel agency and tourists at least 2 weeks prior to travel date. |

HEALTH & INSURANCE |

- Travellers are strongly advised to take out medical and health insurance for the duration of their trip to Vietnam and Indochina.
- Please consult your doctor for necessary vaccine before the trip. |

We, therefore, are not responsible for any losses, damages, additional expenses due to airlines delay, natural disaster, accident, war, civil strike, political actions and similar events beyond All Asia Travel’s control. |
